If you are on regular medication your doctor will issue you with a repeat prescription slip. You can use this to request more medication without seeing your doctor. Please tick the items you require and hand the slip in at reception.
Alternatively you can order online by following the link at the top of this page and carrying out a simple registration. To register for online services please come into the surgery with some photo ID and we will issue you with a personal log in details.
Prescriptions can be collected from reception or you can request that it be sent to a chemist. Some chemists offer a delivery service for elderly or infirm patients.
Pharmacies are now also able to dispense repeat items automatically without a need to contact the surgery if your medication requirements are stable and not subject to change. Please ask your doctor about this service.
Greystone House is now using the NHS Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS).

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please be aware we do not take prescription requests over the phone unless you are elderly or housebound.
