You can order online by completing our repeat prescription request form.

Prescriptions can be collected from reception or you can request that it be sent to a chemist. Some chemists offer a delivery service for elderly or infirm patients. Please beware they may charge an additional cost to this

The Electronic Prescription Service

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is a NHS service that allows us to send your prescription(s) directly to your chosen pharmacy. This paper-free prescription service means that you do not have to come into the surgery to collect your prescription. It is your responsibility to request your prescription.

We encourage all patients to register for this free service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

If you have been asked by your doctor to complete a medication review please complete our medication review form. The practice will contact you if you need to make an appointment with your GP before more medication can be issued.

Please ensure that you book an appointment in this case, to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Please be aware we do not take prescription requests over the phone unless you are elderly or housebound.
