If you need to see a doctor urgently this winter, additional services will be available at Caterham Dene.

WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS

From 24 December until 28 February between 10am and 2pm appointments will be available on a walk-in basis at Caterham Dene 

MONDAY TO FRIDAY EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS

From 3 January until 28 February between 4pm and 8pm please call NHS 111 to access appointments at Caterham Dene on weekday evenings

PLEASE NOTE if capacity is filled you will be directed to the NHS 111 service to assess your needs and direct you to alternative services. These additional services are only available in December, January and February to help with winter pressures.

Hello and welcome to Greystone House Surgery. We are currently a six partner training practice working from a modern purpose built premises serving over 13,000 patients, striving to deliver high quality patient centred medical care to our patients. Alongside the doctors works a large team of experienced Health Professionals - nurses, District nurses, Midwives backed up by the support staff of practice Online ServicesAdministrators, receptionists and Secretaries. 

We are also a training practice meaning that we do have qualified doctors working at the practice who are training to become GPs.

Surgery Announcement

After 33 years at Greystone House we will be sad to see Dr Aslett leave as he is due to retire at the end of March 2017. We thank him for his contribution to the development of the practice over the years and wish him well in his future ventures. 

We will be holding an open house event on Wednesday 22nd March between 12.30-1.30pm. Please feel free to come along!

Practice Information

As you know all patients are now allocated a named GP who is responsible for their overall care and support, although patients can still see whoever they wish. If you have any queries regarding your named GP, please discuss it with them next time you speak to them.

Existing patients can enjoy access to our wide range of services at the touch of a button. Whether managing your appointment or ordering a repeat prescription you can now do both without leaving your home.
